I applied to Codepath online course for Android Development, and was tasked to complete their pre-work of building a basic Todolist app during the application.

Based on the Quora answer by Mr. Thia Kaixin about becoming a datascientist without a PhD, I have decided to apply his 66 mini-hell formula as described on today’s 180DoDS blog post to gauge my interest in Neuroscience.

Based on the Quora answer by Mr. Thia Kaixin about becoming a datascientist without a PhD, I have decided to follow his 66 mini-hell formula. However, the name is too daunting for a scaredy cat like me, I changed the title to feel more trendy & encouraging.

Restart 100 Days of Code

What a shame that I have stopped my quest in coding for a month! Nevertheless, I will restart my coding journey again today. Probably define proper goals & projects will help boost my motivation.

Context

I’ve enrolled myself in Idea$ 2017 competition organized by EDIC NUS. Having come up with an idea for a web app from a personal pain point as a foreign student, I decided to develop a product to solve that problem. As the competition aims to get students launch their own startups eventually, I saw no reason for not pushing my idea further for a future startup.

My first focus was the 1st user story of the Pomodoro Challenge in FCC. Design a Pomodoro Clock with Material Color and some nice glassy 3D surface.
